Whole-process waste processing technology using multiple trammel screens
The existing technology to process waste materials has employed a single trommel screen that often causes problems such as sticking when some of the materials are too big for the screw cutter. To address this issue, this technology adopted a two-stage trommel with adjustable speed. In addition, it installed a screw cutter blade capable of reversing directions, which eliminates sticking problems inside the trammel.
As of 2012, we have created a pilot plant to test the performance and expect to attain green technology certification for the technology.

An excessive use of groundwater has rapidly depleted resources and deteriorated their quality. To clean up the polluted water, we are developing a technology to eliminate pollutants through floatation of pure oxygen bubbles. With this technology, it is estimated we can remove more than 50% of T-N, T-P, and COD while changing the bubbles’ electric charge to remove even more pollutants.
